Supply and installation of complete interior works including fire sealant application at all perimeter walls and MEP penetrations, waterproofing with fiber mesh reinforcement and 48-hour pond testing, construction of 200mm and 100mm concrete block walls, moisture-resistant gypsum partitions with and without insulation, MR gypsum lining walls, lobby and bar low-height partitions, MDF reinforcement for equipment support, raised flooring systems for kitchen, bar, and toilet areas, installation of porcelain tiles for kitchen and toilet floors, Black Marquina tiles, Alicante marble skirting, stainless steel trims, and complete chipping works. Scope further includes suspended MR gypsum ceilings at restaurant, lobby, and toilets, GRG ceiling mouldings, CNC-cut decorative mouldings, linear décor, cove ceilings, installation of washable metal ceiling tiles, MDF backing for ceiling-mounted lights, access panels, and MEP cutouts. Wall finishes include wooden cladding installation with 40×40mm white-wood framing, WD-01 wooden arches (small and large) with gold-finish aluminum plates, Mucha-artwork wallpaper installation at restaurant niches, patterned wallpapers at lobby, restaurant, and toilets, and preparation works. Joinery and furniture scope includes wall finish sheets, joinery elements, shopfront structure, and cladding works as specified in the project tender and LPO documentation.
